How to ApplyYou may apply by mail or you may walk in to apply.
Walk in applications are accepted Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm at our office located in Charles Village at 330 E. 25th Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21218.
If you have access to a printer, you may also download the rental application from this website - CLICK HERE. After you fill it in you may either mail it to the above address, or fax it to: 410-366-2230 Attn. Leasing Department.
You may also submit a written request to receive an application packet, along with a list of current listings by mail.
There is no fee charged to submit a rental application. All members occupying the residence who are age 18 and older are required to sign and complete the verification process.
Check the listings to select the apartment or house for which you would like to apply, then submit your application. The process usually takes 3-5 business days based on having all verification documents available on request.
A security deposit of one months rent, in addition to the first months rent is due at the time of orientation to lease the unit.
